Ingredients

Milk 1 litre


Sugar


Butter 1 tsp


Pista sliced 4 tbsp


Cardamoms powdered 2


Directions

In a heavy bottom pan boil the milk till it reduces to half its original quantity and attains the consistency of khoya. Let the mixture cool. Melt butter and add the khoya to it. Simmer and stir. Add sugar and cardamom powder and stir. Remove from the fire, whisk the mixture and allow it to cool. Divide the mixture into small portions, flatten each of them and place on a greased tray. Decorate the pedas with pista slices.
