Easy Vegetable Manchurian

This is a very easy and tasty recipe, which will brighten any Indian party!

Ingredients

3 cups Grated Cabbage
3 cups Grated Carrots
2 Chopped Spring Onion
3 Chopped Green Chilies
3 Crushed Garlic Flakes
2 tbsp Corn Starch or Flour
Oil for deep frying
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
Salt to taste
1 tsp Pepper Powder
2 tbsp oil


Directions

• Mix grated cabbage and carrots and squeeze the water out from them. \r\n
\r\n• Now in a bowl take the squeezed cabbage and carrots and mix 1 tbsp. corn starch and add few chopped chilies and little salt to it. \r\n
\r\n• Make small balls (like koftas) of the mixture. \r\n
\r\n• Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the balls till golden brown, drain and keep aside. \r\n
\r\n• Now in a separate pan heat 2 tbsp oil. \r\n
\r\n• Sauté garlic, green chilies and spring onions. \r\n
\r\n• Add water, salt, pepper powder, and soya sauce. Bring it to a boil. \r\n
\r\n• Mix 1 tbsp corn four with half of a cup of cold water and stir into it. Gently add the fried balls to the gravy. \r\n
\r\n• Cook for 3-4 minutes and serve hot garnished with chopped coriander. \r\n

It is very tasty and good recipe.

Tips of the day
Instead of keeping Coriander leaves in plastic bag, if u put it in paper bag and then put it in a zip lock it will last long.
