Am i to use fresh or dried apricots? Since the recipe requires the apricot to be soaked overnight, I am assuming the apricots used are dried, but its not clear. Please clarify. Thanks | |

actually apricots are called as KHUBANI not KURBANI in hindi.. as the name of this dish comes from the main ingredient, the name you have mentioned has to be changed.. | |
