Ingredients

Mushrooms 200 grm
Chopped onions 1
Chopped tomatoes 2
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Green chilly 2-3
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder1/2 tsp
Salt as per paste
Oil 3 tbs


Directions

Heat the oil and fry the chopped onions till it turns into golden yellow. Add chopped tomatoes and fry them. Then add the garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, corriander powder, green chillies and fry them. Finally add sliced mushrooms add little water and cook till the mushroom are done. Serve hot. Garnish with corrainder leaves.

Serve with rice or roti.

Tips of the day
Add a little curd to ladyfingers while cooking will ensure that they do not stick to the vessel or turn black.
