Ingredients

Okra 1 lb
Onion 1
Tomato 2
Green chilli 4
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Coriander leaves a few
Curry leaves a few
Salt as needed
Oil as required


Directions

Wash okra and cut into rings. Heat oil in a pan and onions and fry till it turns to brown. Then add tomoto and fry. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and green chillies and fry for a while. Then add okra and enough salt and cook till its done, without adding water. Add chopped coriander leaves and chopped curry leaves and mix well.
