Very simple and easy to make raita.

Chopped onion 1/2 cup
Chopped tomato 1/2 cup
Chopped cucumber 1/2 cup
Chopped carrots 1/2 cup
Chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp
Curds(yoghurt)2 cups thick
Salt to taste
