Ingredients

Sugar
Water
Cardoman
Milk
Maida or allpurpose flour
Pinch of salt
Vegtable oil to fry
Big bowl to serve


Directions

Step1: Preparing Jeera:
Take 1 cup of sugar and 3/4th of water and boil it till it becomes thick. Now add cardomom. Keep it aside.

Step2: Preparing Dough:-
Put i cup maida, add little water, oil and pinch of salt. Make a dough with this mixture. Now roll that dough and make little puri. Now heat oil and fry this puri and keep it in one big bowl.

Step3: Boiling Milk:-
Now take half litre milk and boil.

Step4: Preparing Pall Poli:-
Now dip the puri one by one in jeera and put it in one bowl. Now after you put all puri pour the milk on the top of the dipped puries. Now let it stay for an hour.

Now you can serve the pall poli it is ready. Soft and tasty.

this is a very delicious one...everyone should try this

Tips of the day
Add a few drops of lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon of ghee while steaming basmati rice to make it whiter and keep the rice unbroken.
