Ingredients

Pumpkin 2 1/2 cup
Grated Coconut 1 cup
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1 clove
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Urad dal 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves a few
Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp
Oil as required
Salt as required


Directions

Remove the skin of pumpkin dice and clean. Cook it in a little water with turmeric and red chilly powder and mash it. Meanwhile grind coconut, cumin seeds, garlic and pepper. Heat oil in a pan split the mustard, 1 tsp greated coconut, urad dal and curry leaves till it turns to brown. Then add mashed pumpkin, grinded paste and enough salt and mix well.
