Sweet Corn Chicken Soup

Ingredients

Egg 1
Chicken 50 gm
Sweet corn 5 tsp
Salt as per taste
Cornflour 4 tbsp
Green chilli 1
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Celery chopped 2 tsp
Salt as per taste


Directions

Cook chicken pieces for 15-20 minutes in 6-cup water with enough salt. Remove born from chicken pieces and strain it and keep the remaining water in another vessel. Again boil this strained water, bornless chicken pieces and sweet corn. Meanwhile beat an egg. When the above mixture is boiled add beaten egg slowly and stir well. Add the corn flour, which has been dissolved in 1/2-cup water to the soup. Add celery, pepper powder and green chilly. Serve hot.
