Simple Apple Pudding

Ingredients

Apples 3 cup
Butter 1/4 cup
Bread Crumbs 3/4cup
Jaggery 1/4 cup
Yoghurt/Cream 1/2 cup
Greated rind of 1 lemon


Directions

Peel, core and slice Apples. Cook in a covered pan with a little water and lemon rind. Add yoghurt /cream to the cooked Apples. Melt butter in a pan and cook the bread crumbs and jaggery until it caramelizes. Cool and crush. Arrange the apples and caramel in layers. Serve cool.
