Carrot Cake

Ingredients

Carrot grated 3 cups
Powdered sugar 2 cups
Maida 2 cups
Eggs 4
Butter 2 cups
Sodium bicarbonate 1/4 tsp
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Powdered clove,cinnamon and
Nutmeg 1/4 tsp


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease a cake pan. Mix butter and suger well, without forming any lumbs. Beat egg well and add butter sugar batter and beat well. Mix Maida, baking powder and sodium bi carbonate together. Then add this to above batter little by little and mix well. Then add all powders and mix well. Pour the batter into prepared pans and bake in 350 degree F oven for about 20-30 minutes. Cake is done when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
