Squid Ball Fritters
Ingredients
Cleaned Squid 250 gm
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
Bread slices 6 cut in to small pieces
Directions
Clean squid, removing ink sac and discarding the head. Cut into rings. Then grind it in to a nice paste. Add salt, red chilly powder and mix well . Make balls out of it. Dip that into bread pieces and deep fry in oil.
