Raw Mango Squash

Ingredients

Raw Mangoes - 1/2 kg
Water - 1 Liter
Sugar - 5 cups
Citric Acid - 1/2 tsp


Directions

Peel the skin of the mango and cut into small pieces. Cook the mango pieces with 1cup of water. When it is done, remove from the fire and allow to cool. After that either grind it in an electric liquidiser or squeeze the mango pieces with a ladle.

Heat sugar, water and citric acid in a vessel. Stir continuously till the sugar dissolves in the water. Remove it from the fire and allow to cool.

When the solution cools, add the mango to it and stir well. Store the squash in an airtight bottle.

When serving, take the enough amount of squash and add ice cubes and crush it in the mixi.
