Idli Upma

Ingredients

Idlis 7-8
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Urad dal 1/2 tsp
Onion 1
Green chilies 2-3
Curry leaves 4-5
Asafoetida a pinch
Coconut 1 tsp
Coriander leaves a few
Oil 1 tsp
Salt as requird


Directions

Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard seeds to splutter. Then add the urad dal and saute until golden brown. Now add the asafoetida, green chillies, curry leaves and onions and saute until they are translucent. When the onions turn golden red add the crushed idlies and salt according to taste. Mix the ingredients well. Garnish with coconut and chopped coriander leaves.
