Gobi Lollipops

Ingredients

Cauliflower 1/2 Medium sized
Besan Powder 3 tbsp
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Rava 1 tbsp
Rice Powder 1 tbsp
Melted Butter 1 tbsp
Chili Powder 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Red Food Color
Oil for frying
Salt to taste


Directions

Cut cauliflower into big flower heads.

Mix in all powder ingredients with little water to make a nice thick batter. Add hot melted butter to it. Then add the food colour and mix well.

Dip each big flower heads into this batter and deep fry them until nicely browned and cooked. Place the it on a paper towel-lined plate and serve immediately crisp with Coriander-coconut Chutney and Sweet chutney.
