Festive Apple Dip Recipe
Ingredients
8 oz packet cream cheese
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/3 cup tightly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
18oz jar chocolate fudge topping
2/3 cup chopped nuts
3 red & 3 green apples, sliced (with skins on)
Directions
Whip cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Stir in marshmallows. In a 3-cup bowl, place half the mixture in followed by 1/2 jar of fudge. Place remainder of mixture on top and then the remainder of the fudge. Top with the crushed nuts. Slice apples thinly and serve immediately.
Arrange the apples in alternating colours, skins outside, to give the festive look (red-green-red-green).
