Paneer Fingers

Ingredients

Paneer 1 cup
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Yoghurt 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Lime juice 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Oil to fry
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp


Directions

1.Cut the paneer into finger size pieces.
2.Prepare a thick batter with all purpose flour, cumin powder, yoghurt, red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and lime juice.
3.Marinate the pieces in the batter for at least an hour.
4.Heat oil in a vessel and deep fry the paneer pieces till crisp.
5.Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
