Sprouted Moong Dal Curry

Ingredients

Sprouted moong gram 1 cup
Small onion, chopped 1
Coconut greated 3/4 cup
Red chillies 4
Corainder seeds, roasted 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Small ball of tamarind
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 1
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Mustard seeds 1 tsp


Directions

Wash the sprouted moong dal and cook it with chopped onion.

Grind coconut, red chillies corainder seeds, cumin seeds, small ball of tamarind and salt to taste to a fine paste. Add it to the cooked dal and boil it for 10 - 15 minutes.

Season with oil, chopped onion, curry leaves and mustard seeds.
