Chocolate Ice cream

Ingredients

Milk 1 litre
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Milk powder 1/2 cup
Fresh cream 300 gms
Condensed milk 1/2 tin
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Sugar 1/4 cup


Directions

Dissolve cocoa, milk powder, cornflour in half cup milk. Bring remaining milk to a boil. Boil for 15 minutes on low. Stir frequently while cooking. Add condensed milk and mix till well dissolved. Gradually add dissolved ingredients, stirring continuously till well dissolved.
Mixture should be a little extra sweet.If required add some sugar.Simmer for a while. Cool to room temperature.Set in freezer for 4-5 hours till set. Remove from freezer and beat with electric beater, add in cream. Beat till fluffy. Transfer to freezer tray, reset for 5-6 hours.
