Chicken Dum Dum

Ingredients

Chicken 1 kg
Green chiili 3
Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
Chicken masala 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Tomatoes 2
Onions 2
Capsicum 1
Carrot 3
Cabbage 1/4 cup
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves a few
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Tomato sauce 2 tsp


Directions

Wash the chicken pieces and dry them. Marinate the pieces with, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, chicken masala and salt as per taste. Allow it to stand for 2 hours.
Heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves and fry chicken pieces. Fry till chicken pieces are well cooked. Add onion and mix well. Add tomatoes, redchilly powder, greenchillies, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chicken masala and enough salt. When the tomatoes are well cooked add capsicum, carrot which cut in length wise, and cabbage grated. Cook all the vegetable(Do not over cook it). Then add soya sauce and tomato sauce and mix well. Finally add little pepper powder.

Serve hot with Plain rice, Roti or Biriyani.
